 1. open the picture in the AI.

2. use the pen tool and shape tool draw the line.(see that picture to draw)

3.select all, go to object, chosen the live paint and make. then, use the live paint bucket to paint.

4. finish to paint, select all and makes clipping mask.

 5. finish in AI.
